Applications:
The bypass valve is specially designed to be fitted seamlessly with
the product, making sure there are no leakages. Elements are
pleated for higher efficiency. The flow direction goes from out to
in. A contamination retainer is also available as an accessory,
which provides superb adsorbtion of finest particles over a wide
differential pressure range.
This product showcasesexemplary beta value stability over a wide
differential pressure range and high contamination retention
capacity. Its use of epoxy resin for impregnation and bonding,
along with its high collapse burst pressure resistance provides
element protection . The filter material supports also gives this
product outstanding flow fatigue stability.
This product comes with 3µm, 5µm, 10µm, 20µm absolute filtration
ratings through a disposable paper element. This element is
protected with deep filtration and also has low flow resistivity.
It is paper-supported on both sides with wire mesh free of bonding
agent. Meanwhile, 10µm, 20µm nomional filtration ratings are also
available.
The wire mesh element is perfect for operations that involve high
temperatures. It is corrosion-protected with stainless steel filter
mesh and tin-plated steel parts, which is also cleanable with high
differential pressure. This element comes with 25µm, 50µm, 100µm,
200µm nominal filtration ratings.
