Excelon modular systems, including the F72G, F73G, and F74G series,
are designed with a modular approach. These products can be
installed independently using tube installation or conveniently
combined with other Excelon series components such as pressure
regulators and oil atomizers. The Norgren's Quikclamp quick
connection system allows for easy modular installation, saving
space and enhancing integration efficiency. Some models in this
series feature optional filter life indicators. These indicators
switch from green to red when the filter requires replacement,
enabling users to perform preventive maintenance effortlessly.
Universal Filters
Universal filters, exemplified by the F64G and F68G series, are
engineered to efficiently eliminate liquid water, oil mist, and
solid particulate contaminants from compressed air systems.
Utilizing large-area filter cartridges, these filters ensure
effective filtration with minimal pressure drop, ultimately
reducing energy loss in the system. The F64G series predominantly
utilizes zinc alloy for its shell material, while the F68G series
employs an aluminum alloy shell. Furthermore, the filter cup in
these filters is commonly crafted from aluminum metal.
