Product Description:

The product features an ultra slim design that is ideal for space-constrained environments.

The overall length has been significantly shortened, with a minimum width ranging from 7.5mm (SJ2000 valve) to 10mm (SJ3000 valve). This makes it suitable for fixtures and automation equipment with limited space.

This product is 5% to 13% lighter than the old CQ2, which helps reduce equipment load.

The product offers a four-sided magnetic switch slot, allowing for four-way installation of magnetic switches for greater layout flexibility. The switch is embedded in a groove without protruding to avoid interference. Additionally, modular accessories such as standard installation bolts and pole end connectors are provided, with optional double earring/foot mount components available, eliminating the need for additional procurement.

The product offers sealing and buffering with Nitrile rubber (NBR) seals suitable for environments ranging from -10 ℃ to 70 ℃. Some models also feature a standard rubber cushion pad to reduce terminal impact. With an IP65 protection level (stainless steel valve body meets NEMA 4X), this product is resistant to dust and humid environments.

Applications:

The CQ2-Z Standard Type (cylinder diameter 20-50mm) is utilized for the robotic arm gripper and conveyor belt sorting in industrial automation. It offers precise positioning and efficient handling for various applications.

The CQ2K series, featuring a non-retracting rod, ensures components are assembled without rotational errors. This type of cylinder is ideal for precision assembly tasks in electronic production lines.

The Dust Removal System incorporates the CQ2B160 with a large cylinder diameter of 160mm. This cylinder drives the lifting valve in conjunction with a pulse valve for effective dust cleaning processes.

The CQ2 □ S series is designed to withstand lateral loads and pressures, making it suitable for managing storage bins containing powder materials.

In food machinery operations, the Water Resistant CQ2-R/V cylinder is washable and equipped with EPDM seals to ensure compatibility with sterile environments.

In high-temperature scenarios, the Cylinder with a Stainless Steel Valve Body and FKM Seal (customized) can withstand temperatures of up to 120°C, making it suitable for use in environments with instant high temperatures.

SMC has redesigned the CQ2 compact cylinder with a new body, making it possible to mount auto switches on any of the 4 surfaces, depending on the installation conditions. Auto switch mounting grooves have replaced the CQ2s mounting rails, preventing projection of auto switches and improving ease and safety of work.
