1.Right Angle Valve
This kind of pulse valve with an included angle of 90° between
inlet and outlet. It simplifies the connection between gas bag and
blowing tube of a dust collector. It can provide stronger airflow
and meet dust removing requirements. Like DMF-Z Series Pulse Valve.
2.Submerged Valve
This kind of pulse valve is installed directly on a secondary gas
bag and achieves better circulation quality. The valve has less
pressure loss, and is applicable to the operations with lower gas
pressure.Like DMF-Y Series Pulse Valve.
3.Dresser Nut Valve
This kind of pulse valve is similar to the z-series valves,
suitable for connection between gas bag and blowing tube of a dust
collector. It has fixed nuts for installation purposes at the inlet
and outlet end, for easier installation and application. Like
DMF-ZM Series Pulse Valve.
4.Through Valve
This kind of pulse valve with an included angle of 180° between the
inlet and outlet (central line of both inlet and outlet are the
same straight line). Also, the inlet is connected to a gas storage
tank, while its outlet is connected to a blowing tube. Like DMF-T
Series Pulse Valve.

Applications:
Industrial Dust Removal System
Iron and Steel Metallurgy: Used for high-temperature and high dust environments such as
sintering heads and blast furnace gas purification, requiring the
use of a cooler (temperature ≤ 60 ℃). It is recommended to use a
DMF-Z right angle valve or submerged valve.
Cement Manufacturing: Kiln tail dust collector, raw material grinding dust removal,
compatible with DMF-Y submerged valve (such as DMF-Y-80), resistant
to ambient temperature dust (<80 ℃).
Garbage Incineration: Fluorine rubber (FKM) membrane submerged valves (such as
DMF-Y-62S) are required for acid flue gas treatment, which can
increase corrosion resistance by 8 times.
Wood Processing/Food Chemical Industry: Sawdust or powder pneumatic conveying scenarios, suitable for
straight through valves (DMF-T series), requiring oil-free dry air
(oil content<5ppm).
Auxiliary System
Bunker Arch Breaking: The material bridge in the coal powder silo and grain silo is
broken by pulse airflow, with a frequency of ≤ 30 times/minute.
Pneumatic Conveying Blockage Removal: Install pulse valves at pipeline blockage points to instantly
spray and clear powder materials (such as plastic particles and
food grade calcium carbonate).
