BFEC DMF-Y-50S Embedded Type 2'' Inch Diaphragm Pulse Jet Valve
Solenoid pulse valve pilot-operated solenoid valve:
Working Principle: When the power is turned on, the electromagnetic force opens the
pilot hole, and the pressure in the upper chamber rapidly drops
around the closing member, forming a pressure difference between
the upper part and the lower part. The pressure of the fluid pushes
the closing part upward, and the valve i] opens: the spring force
opens the pilot hole when the power is turned off. Closing, the
inlet pressure quickly bypasses the valve through the bypass hole
to form a lower and upper pressure difference. The fluid pressure
pushes the closing member downward and closes the valve.
Features: The upper limit of the fluid pressure range can be arbitrarily
installed (need to be customized) but must meet the fluid pressure
differential conditions
Applications:
Industrial Dust Removal System
Iron and Steel Metallurgy: Used for high-temperature and high dust environments such as
sintering heads and blast furnace gas purification, requiring the
use of a cooler (temperature ≤ 60 ℃). It is recommended to use a
DMF-Z right angle valve or submerged valve.
Cement Manufacturing: Kiln tail dust collector, raw material grinding dust removal,
compatible with DMF-Y submerged valve (such as DMF-Y-80), resistant
to ambient temperature dust (<80 ℃).
Garbage Incineration: Fluorine rubber (FKM) membrane submerged valves (such as
DMF-Y-62S) are required for acid flue gas treatment, which can
increase corrosion resistance by 8 times.
Wood Processing/Food Chemical Industry: Sawdust or powder pneumatic conveying scenarios, suitable for
straight through valves (DMF-T series), requiring oil-free dry air
(oil content<5ppm).
Auxiliary System
Bunker Arch Breaking: The material bridge in the coal powder silo and grain silo is
broken by pulse airflow, with a frequency of ≤ 30 times/minute.
Pneumatic Conveying Blockage Removal: Install pulse valves at pipeline blockage points to instantly
spray and clear powder materials (such as plastic particles and
food grade calcium carbonate).
