M25 1'' Diaphragm Repair Kit For FP25 FM25 DP25 Pulse Jet Valve
1" Turbo Diaphragm Repair Kit consisting of a single diaphragm
(M25) plus spring (TM0L10G)

M25 or M25V Diaphragm Repair Kit is used in Turbo 3/4'' & 1'' FP20,
FM20, FP25, FM25, DP20, DM20, DP25, DM25, EP20, EM20, EP25, EM25,
SQP20, SQM20, SQP25, SQM25, FDP20, FDM20, FDP25, FDM25 pulse jet
valves. The M25 Diaphragm Repair Kit is the Nitrile Kit, for use
with standard temperature applications. The M25V Diaphragm Repair
Kit is the Viton Kit, for use with high temperature applications.
We produced series Turbo type diaphragm repair kits, it is nice
replacement for Turbo diaphragm.

Applications:
The bag type dust collector spray system
The M/D series diaphragms (e.g., M/D25) serve as the core sealing
and actuating elements of the pulse valve in the dust collector,
controlling the instantaneous release of compressed air to clear
dust on the filter bag surface through high-frequency spraying
(several times per second).
Workflow: Electric signal triggers the pulse valve → Diaphragm
instantly opens → Compressed air is injected into the filter bag
through the spray tube → Filter bag expands and shakes off dust →
Diaphragm resets and closes.
Compatible valve models:
- Autel AE1825B, AE2825B, AE1825R, etc., 1-inch pulse valves
- MD series pulse valves (e.g., MD120, MD125, MD140S), especially
suitable for valve sizes ranging from 20mm to 76mm.
Powder conveying and bin arch-breaking
Used for clearing blockages in pneumatic conveying pipelines or
breaking material bridges in bins, preventing clogging through
pulse air impact, suitable for scenarios involving coal dust,
grains, plastic granules, and more.
