M40 & M40V Diaphragm Repair Kit is suitablr to the 1 1/2'' FM45,
FP45, DM45 & DP45 Turbo Valves. There are two kinds of materials
for this diaphragm, one is Nitrile and the other is Viton, Nitrile
is generally used, Viton is resistant to high temperature and the
price is slightly higher.
The M40 Kit is the Nitrile Kit, for use with standard temperature
applications
The M40V Kit is the Viton Kit, for use with high temperature
applications

Applications:
Baghouse Pulse Jet System
The M/D series diaphragms (such as M/D25 type) act as the core
sealing and actuating components of the pulse valve in the
baghouse. They control the instantaneous release of compressed air
to perform high-frequency jetting (several times per second) to
clean the surface area of filter bags from dust accumulation.
Workflow: Electrical signal triggers the pulse valve → Diaphragm
opens instantly → Compressed air is injected into filter bags via
blowing pipes → Filter bags expand and shake off dust → Diaphragm
resets and closes.
Valve Compatibility:
- Autel AE1825B, AE2825B, AE1825R, etc., for 1-inch pulse valves
- MD series pulse valves (e.g., MD120, MD125, MD140S) suitable for
valve sizes ranging from 20mm to 76mm
Powder Conveying and Silo Arch Breaking
This system is used for pneumatic conveying pipeline cleaning or
breaking material bridges in silos. It utilizes pulsating airflows
to prevent blockages and is suitable for scenarios involving coal
powder, grains, plastic granules, and more.
