Product Description:
K4502 (M2162), K4504 (M2187), K4503 Diaphragm for Goyen pulse valve
CA45T, RCA45T, CA45DD, RCA45DD, CA45FS, RCA45FS, CA40MR, RCA40MR;
NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃;
Viton material is optional, for high temperature, working
temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse valves are operated by
integral solenoid pilot operator. When the valve is energised, the
trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted
causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot
operated valve is de - energised , air escapes through bleed hole
of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly
closes the valve.
Applications:
Industrial Dust Removal System
Bag/filter cartridge dust collector pulse cleaning is utilized in
various industrial applications, such as the removal of dust from
cement plant kiln tails and steel plant blast furnaces.
Each valve in the system controls 20 to 50 filter bags, with the
membrane operating at a high frequency of equal to or greater than
once per minute.
High Temperature/Corrosive Gas Treatment
The system is designed to handle high temperature and corrosive
gases, including waste incineration flue gas with an FKM film
resistant to temperatures up to 200°C.
It can also effectively manage acidic and alkaline waste gases from
chemical plants using an EPDM membrane resistant to pH levels
ranging from 3 to 11.
Special Medium Environment
For applications in the food and pharmaceutical industry, the
system features an EPDM food-grade film that is resistant to
pollution, ensuring a hygienic environment.
Additionally, in oil-containing compressed air systems, an NBR
diaphragm that is oil-resistant provides a reliable seal.
Strict Physical Conditions
In scenarios with high-pressure impacts, the system's CA62T/CA76T
double diaphragm structure can withstand pressures of up to
0.85MPa.
For environments with high humidity, such as cement raw material
grinding and dust removal areas prone to condensation, the system
includes features to mitigate these conditions.
