DB18 ( DB18/G ) Diaphragm ( Membrane ) for Mecair pulse valve
VNP208, VEM208, VNP308, VEM308, VNP408, VEM408; NBR material is
standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; Viton material
is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10
to +120 ℃. On a pulse jet baghouse pulse valves (also called
diaphragm valves) control the release of air pulses during the
cleaning cycle. When the baghouse control board or timer board
initiates a cleaning cycle it sends an electrical signal to the
solenoids, when then activate the pulse valve. Inside the pulse
valve, a rubber diaphragm opens and closes to release the
compressed air stored in the air header tank. The air then passes
through the valve into the blow pipes above the filters and then is
directed down into the filters to clean them.
Applications:
Industrial Dust Baghouse Systems
Purpose: Control compressed air pulse jetting to remove accumulated dust on
filter bags.
Industry Applications:
- Cement Plant: Dust collector at the kiln end (smoke temperature < 80°C).
- Steel Plant: Dedusting at the sintering machine head (requires pre-cooler).
- Wood Processing: Sawdust collection system.
Powder Pneumatic Conveying Declogging
Install pulse valves at pipeline blockage points, triggering
instant air flow impact to clear blockages (e.g. food-grade calcium
carbonate, plastic granules conveying).
Materials Bunker Arch Breaking Device
Break material bridging in coal powder silos/grain bins (operating
frequency: ≤ 30 times/minute).
